As a Junior Product Designer, you will enhance lifestyle features in the main mobile app and contribute to the design transformation at TBC. You will work closely with product managers and the design system team to implement best design practices.
Responsibilities
- Cover lifestyle features in the main mobile app
- Contribute to ongoing design transformation
- Work closely with the design system team and fellow designers
- Refine existing flows and introduce new features
- Contribute to design assets and participate in team workshops
- Prepare individual development plans
Requirements
- Experience of working in a crossfunctional product team
- Record of several mobile-first products (Appstore or Google Play links)
- Product-oriented mindset (JBTD, CJM, user personas & product analytics tools)
- Strong visual skills
- Solid Figma proficiency
- Autonomy and flexibility
- B2+ English skills
Key Skills
- Writing own copy
- Designing micro-animations
- Searching for insights in data
- Creating brand new typography and colour system
- Digging into components, adjusting variables, building interactive prototypes
- Presenting ideas, brainstorming, resolving conflicts
