Lead the design of asset transformations and cloud automations, ensuring tools are both powerful and intuitive. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate solutions and communicate design decisions effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for asset transformations, cloud automations, and Editor-integrated workflows
- Translate complex requirements into simple, creator-friendly experiences
- Partner with Product, Research, and Engineering to define opportunities and validate solutions
- Design, prototype, and iterate quickly, validating decisions with creators and enterprise users
- Communicate design decisions clearly, influencing cross-functional stakeholders and building alignment
Requirements
- Proven experience designing complex tools or platforms in industrial, game development, or creative software spaces
- Portfolio highlighting excellence in interaction design, systems thinking, and workflow design
- Strong ability to collaborate across disciplines, balancing user needs with technical and business constraints
- Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, etc.)
- Fluency in working with agile project tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Ability to present work to stakeholders and gain buy-in around design vision
