Own the end-to-end design process across AI Agent surfaces and the tooling ecosystem. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and requirements while championing user needs through research and insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process across AI Agent surfaces (chat, voice UIs) as well as the builder, training, and tooling ecosystem
- Prototype quickly to explore UI paradigms, LLM prompts, tools, and guardrail UX; validate via user studies and experiments
- Translate the latest AI/LLM capabilities into intuitive experiences that set the correct expectations, expose appropriate controls, and support grounding, verification, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Champion the users—whether our customers (enterprise users) or our customers' customers (end users), through research and insights that drive design decisions
- Shape product strategy by collaborating with PMs, Engineers, ML researchers, Customer Success, Sales and Marketing to define features and requirements
- Push the envelope by driving toward design solutions that are not only functional, but also delightful, innovative, and optimized for simplicity
Requirements
- 3–8+ years of product/UX design with shipped, complex B2B or systems work
- A strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design thinking, polished UI craftsmanship, and innovative interaction paradigms
- Excellence in prototyping: skilled at using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, V0, or the latest AI tools to build realistic prototypes
- Working knowledge of LLM/agent concepts and how they shape UX
- A bias for action: take initiative, high-agency, comfortable working in fast cycles, and tackling ambiguity
- Deep curiosity about the underlying tech of our products, and learn quickly
