As Lila’s first software Designer, you will shape the user journey of the Lila App and define workflows. You will prototype innovative interfaces and collaborate across teams to ensure a unified and efficient app for science.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end design of native app to power scientists.
- Wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that translate user needs into clear interfaces.
- A cohesive design system, including components, guidelines, and documentation for consistency and scalability.
- Collaborative feedback loops with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to refine and implement designs.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, preferably in SaaS or data-intensive applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work from research and wireframing to polished visual designs.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Deep understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
- Extreme openness to leveraging the latest AI tools to redefine how your profession operates.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, able to present and iterate on designs based on feedback.
