The Senior Product Designer will work with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver PerfectScale products using a customer-focused design process. They will create user-centered designs and collaborate closely with engineering and product management to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities
- Working with cross-functional team members in the execution and delivery of PerfectScale products
- Collaborating closely with engineering, product management, PMM and research
- Working alongside engineers throughout the implementation and quality assurance phases
- Creating user-centered designs based on research and insights
- Participating in various methods of critiquing and evaluating design
- Acting as a user advocate
- Participating in the development and maintenance of the design system
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience designing for consumer-facing digital product experiences
- Deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design
- Proven expertise in multiple areas of Digital Product Design
- Mastery of Figma, and various prototyping tools
- Ability to build and organize high-quality and consistent design artifacts
- Proven experience leading Design System initiatives
- Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills
- Experience working on a high-performing team
