Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to execution, creating user-friendly products that meet both user needs and business goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate ideas effectively
- Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to inform your work and contribute to team knowledge
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in B2B products with high data volume
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and how they influence design decisions
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly
- A portfolio showcasing your design process, from concept to finished product
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
