Design product experiences from concept to launch, focusing on usability and user adoption. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Design of product experiences from concept through to launch with an emphasis on usability and user adoption
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into intuitive workflows and interfaces
- Collaborate with user personas and conduct research to understand pain points, behaviors, and motivations
- Drive a process of rapid prototyping, user testing, and iteration to deliver continuous improvement with short revision cycles
- Deliver wireframes, mockups, and design specifications that align with product and business goals
- Advocate for the user at every stage of the product lifecycle
- Contribute to evolving Pani’s design system and visual identity across products
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design or UX/UI design for SaaS or digital platforms
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and elegant interfaces
- Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
- Ability to conduct usability testing, synthesize insights, and translate them into design improvements
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with iterative design processes
- Passion for building products that improve adoption and deliver real-world impact
Key Skills
- Experience with Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
