Sr Product Designer (UX)

The Sr Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling user experiences and design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. They will also conduct usability testing and communicate design rationale to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional team, including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver compelling user experiences
- Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that simplify complex workflows
- Develop polished, high-fidelity visual designs that align with our brand, with a focus on clarity, scalability, accessibility, and ease of use
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation
- Plan and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences
- Effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs and business goals
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, delivering high-quality digital experiences for enterprise software
- Expertise with design tools such as Figma
- Expertise in creating both visual and interaction design specifications
- Strategic product thinking with a strong ability to translate complex concepts into simple, user-centered solutions
- Evidence of a robust design process, including user research, wireframes, interaction design, and annotated high-fidelity prototypes
- Proactive self-starter capable of independently driving projects forward, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a remote-first environment
- Strong communication skills and collaboration
- A portfolio of previous work
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently
Key Skills
- Experience designing for complex data analytics software
- Experience with cloud and on-premise enterprise software
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles
