Product Designer (Remote - Latam)

Lead the full product design lifecycle, including research, strategy, user experience, and interface design. Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product design lifecycle, including research, strategy, user experience, and interface design.
• Translate business objectives and user insights into actionable design concepts and prototypes.
• Build and maintain design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across products.
• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to validate design decisions and improve solutions iteratively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional client teams, including developers and product owners, to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Communicate design ideas clearly through presentations, documentation, and collaborative workshops.
• Manage priorities and timelines independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within consulting or agency environments.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and measurable impact on enterprise-level projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and versatility across other design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of product strategy, UX research, interaction design, and visual design principles.
• Experience working with remote, cross-functional teams and English-speaking clients.
• Based in Latin America (or nearby region) with at least 6 hours of overlap with US Central Time.
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
