Lead high-level project work from a design perspective, facilitating design studios and working sessions. Oversee the UX from conception to launch while advocating for the user in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-level project work from a design perspective with autonomy and authority
- Facilitate design studios and working sessions
- Leverage UX expertise and design systems
- Turn nebulous concepts into specific ideas
- Design holistic systems, flows, and interfaces
- Ensure consistency across platforms and contribute to design system improvement
- Draw insights from research and data
- Build relationships and advocate for the user
- Oversee UX from conception to launch
- Be a positive role model and culture carrier
Requirements
- At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience
- Applied experience with service design practices and evolving design process
- Applied experience working across digital and physical manifestations
- Strong aesthetic and conceptual skills
- Excellent communication and visualization skills
- Fluency in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies
- Passion for sharing design strategies
- Acute self-awareness and deep empathy
- Deep curiosity and ability to consider product strategy and vision
- Fluency with product, design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Google Suite, JIRA)
- Confident in both spoken and written English
