Responsibilities
- Translate design system into polished, production-ready flows and interfaces
- Own end-to-end design execution final Figma specs
- Make complex workflows feel simple and approachable for users
- Collaborate with engineering and leadership asynchronously (Slack, Loom, Figma comments)
- Move fast: prioritize clarity, usability, and speed of delivery over perfection
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in sports betting or consumer apps
- Strong Figma skills and experience working within/expanding a design system
- A portfolio showcasing craft, clarity, and ability to simplify complex flows
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
- Available for 10–20 hours per week for at least 6 weeks
