The Lead Product Designer will shape intuitive, high-impact product experiences and be a key voice in broader product decisions. This role involves leading user research and testing to understand user needs and translate them into product improvements.
Responsibilities
- Own and elevate the user experience across Conntour’s platform, building design systems that scale with us.
- Collaborate on product strategy and features, and contribute to design needs across the company.
- Lead user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions to deeply understand user needs and translate them into product improvements.
- Make the complex feel intuitive through thoughtful, clear design.
Requirements
- 4+ years in Product design or UI/UX design.
- Prior leadership or ownership responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating product design for complex, data-rich applications.
Key Skills
