Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be involved in all aspects of product development for the Rider, Driver Apps, and Business platform. You will collaborate with other product designers, product managers, and engineers to create user-centered designs.

Responsibilities

• Product thinker — identifying and understanding users’ needs and new opportunities.
• Problem solver — taking complex problems and coming up with well-researched and elegant solutions.
• Data-driven designer — making design decisions based on data, user behavior, and measurable outcomes.
• Pixel-perfect freak — compromising on the smallest details.
• Team player — demonstrating great interpersonal skills while interacting with the product manager’s R&D teams and other stakeholders.
• Fast learner — evolving fast, while being capable of learning from both success and failure.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Design experience.
• A strong portfolio of previous projects for real customers/clients.
• Experience in delivering high-quality UI/UX for consumer-facing products.
• Experience running high-quality UX research.
• Experience working with both behavioral data and user research.
• Experience handling and managing usability tests with real users.
• Experience creating pixel-perfect designs and prototypes with Figma.
• A strong ability to manage tasks according to the priorities of the team.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent skills of communicating in English, both verbal and written.
