Responsibilities
- Lead large, complex initiatives and deliver world-class experiences that influence product strategy.
- Drive end-to-end product experiences considering user and product ecosystems, workflow, and design patterns.
- Lead collaborative projects or work streams with multidisciplinary teams.
- Share knowledge and expertise with others across the company.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
- 7+ years of relevant design experience.
- An inspiring portfolio demonstrating the ability to distill complex problems into elegant, holistic solutions.
- Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work.
- A growth mindset and ability to articulate and champion design solutions.
- Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
Key Skills
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration.
- Design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design skills.
- Human-centered design and research data.
- Collaboration with engineering and product management.

Benefits
- Base pay of $147,300 - $257,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
