The Senior Product Designer will design user experience features and user flows, testing them with end users. They will also create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for both desktop and mobile screens while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Design user experience features and user flows, testing them with end users
- Plan, supervise, and conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Transform ideas into user-friendly interfaces and communication
- Create wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes for desktop and mobile screens
- Improve the experience with PayU products and services
- Maintain high standards of design and apply best practices
- Cooperate with colleagues from different teams
- Perform other UX-related tasks as requested by direct manager
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional design and research experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial or e-commerce industry
- 5+ years of experience designing for inclusivity and accessibility
- Multiple years of experience owning and driving complex projects
- Experience building design systems
- Proficient in Figma, Miro, or other UX/UI design tools
- Fluent communication in English
