The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance customer, agent, and seller experiences through aftersales contacts. They will also contribute to the product roadmap and advocate for effective design solutions based on user insights.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Content Designers to bring concepts to product evolution
- Work with developers to validate technical feasibility and ensure quality
- Connect with other business functions to articulate user and business needs
- Own the design vision for key areas of customer, agent, and seller experiences
- Manage relationships with product squads, business stakeholders, and other designers
- Advocate for and facilitate design methods and tools
- Ensure clarity and comprehension in proposed ideas and solutions
- Proactively advocate impact and communicate progress, learnings, and goals
Requirements
- Perfectly fluent in English
- Extensive experience working in a growing design & research team
- In-depth knowledge in design methods and craft
- Experience with new tools and technologies
- Passion for helping the team grow and mentoring others
- Obsessive about UX or UI design
- Systematic approach to design
- Experience with interfaces as dynamic experiences
