The Senior Product Designer will collaborate with product managers and engineers to enhance customer, agent, and seller experiences through aftersales contacts. They will also contribute to the product roadmap and advocate for effective design solutions based on user insights.
Responsibilities
- Be an equal partner with product managers and engineers to build, maintain, and evolve Back Market, with a focus on the Customer, Agent and Seller experiences through aftersales contacts.
- Contribute to the roadmap and advocating for the right approach, prioritisation, and execution to ensure a best in class customer experience.
- Collaborate with user researchers to bring clarity to ambiguous problems with relevant user insights, and consulting quantitative and qualitative data to inform your design decisions.
- Advocate for and facilitate design methods and tools to help your team deliver solutions that actually work for our customers and the business.
- Ensure clarity and comprehension in your or your team’s proposed ideas and solutions from conception to delivery through useful documentation, effective collaboration and tidy working practices.
- Proactively advocate your impact and autonomously communicating progress, learnings, and goals to the company and beyond.
Requirements
- Perfectly fluent in English.
- Extensive experience working in a growing design & research team.
- Demonstrated in-depth knowledge in design methods and craft.
- Passion to help the team grow, including mentoring and coaching others.
- Obsessive about UX or UI design.
- Attention to detail regarding edge cases, hierarchy, and contrast.
- Systematic approach to design.
- Thinking about interfaces as dynamic experiences and expressing yourself with motion, flows, and stories.
- Inherently curious, idealistic, and challenging the status quo.
