The Product Designer will work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering teams to execute projects within their product area. They will identify solutions for ambiguously defined problems and design user journeys that drive engagement and meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area
  • Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces
  • Simplify and solve user needs for multiple customer types
  • Design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working in UX, Product Design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship
  • Expertise in Figma
  • Prototyping skills (preferably Figma)

  • Know your process and when to use which design methods, as well as when to change up an approach
  • Generate and explore multiple potential solutions, and know how to identify the right ones
  • Know how to use existing systems, and when to break out of them. Can work collaboratively to develop new patterns and principles for team-wide adoption
  • Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states
  • Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys
  • Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces. Demands a high level of visual polish from their work
