Lead design projects from early discovery to polished prototypes while collaborating with various teams. Translate customer insights into intuitive product experiences and contribute to the design system.
Responsibilities
- Lead design projects end-to-end, from early discovery through to polished Figma prototypes
- Translate customer insights and business needs into clear, intuitive product experiences
- Run lean testing and validation to refine solutions quickly
- Collaborate closely with engineers, leadership and customer success to shape product direction
- Contribute to our evolving design system and ensure consistency across the platform
- Be open to showcasing their design expertise across the business, from product and UX through to brand or marketing assets
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design work from research through to final UI
- Experience with modern design tools (e.g. Figma) and design systems
- A willingness to run lean research and usability testing processes
- Comfortable making trade-offs and balancing user needs with business goals
- Passion for simplicity and clarity in user experience
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy in a small team
- UK-based with the right to work and available to work 2-days per week in the London office
