Product Designer

Own the full design process from discovery and ideation to testing and implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and co-create solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full design process: from discovery and ideation to testing and implementation.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and co-create solutions.
• Be a user advocate: conduct interviews and run usability tests to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and iterate quickly.
• Communicate and present your design decisions to your team and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product design experience (preferably in SaaS, data-heavy, or B2B applications).
• Strong interaction & visual design skills demonstrated through a solid portfolio.
• Product mindset: question assumptions, propose better ways, and advocate for user needs.
• Curiosity and high agency: explore, learn, and push ideas forward.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills — work well with PMs, engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with modern design tools like Figma, and comfort using AI prototyping tools like Bolt or Lovable.
• Growth mindset — seek feedback, learn fast, and stay curious about both design craft and business impact.
