UI/UX Product Designer at Medefy, shaping the user experience and interface of their benefits navigation app, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- User Research & Analysis: Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors. Analyze data and feedback to derive actionable insights that inform design decisions
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts. Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing
- Iterative Design Excellence: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices. Strive for pixel-perfect, visually stunning interfaces that set industry standards
- UI/UX Design: Develop clean, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS applications. Ensure consistency across all platforms and devices, maintaining a cohesive brand experience
- Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life. Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale, incorporating feedback throughout the design process
- Stay Current With Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our design processes
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Key Skills
- Relatively tech savvy
- 2+ years’ experience in any of the following areas: health insurance, employee benefits, insurance brokerage, HR, telemedicine, general healthcare
