Lead end-to-end digital product and web experience design, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes while maintaining design system consistency and conducting user research.
Responsibilities
- Lead product and web experience design, including information architecture, interaction design, and UI.
- Create detailed user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, and interactive prototypes for testing and handoff.
- Partner with engineering teams to visually QA UI during implementation.
- Lead end-to-end website projects, considering structure, UX, responsive UI, web performance, SEO basics, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, translating brand strategy into consistent UI patterns, typography, color, grids, and motion.
- Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing, synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
- Communicate design vision, product strategy, and research findings to cross-functional teams and clients.
- Champion accessible, high-performing, and customer-centered design practices across projects.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI and UX design for web and mobile products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Expert-level proficiency with Figma, prototyping tools, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience creating, managing, and evolving design systems.
- Solid knowledge of user-centric design principles, web/mobile design standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with Webflow, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Tailwind) for collaboration with developers.
- Experience conducting UX research and translating insights into actionable design solutions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in English.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
