As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will lead the design process, ensuring solutions are based on a deep understanding of client challenges. You will collaborate with teams and clients globally to refine and improve digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the design process to ensure every solution is born out of understanding the challenge that our clients are facing
- Help your team members improve their understanding of the customer journey
- Plan and carry out research to inform the design process, making sure that we challenge every assumption
- Take part in UX/Discovery/Strategy workshops
- Work closely with Development team, so they get heard and are involved in design solutions from early stage
- Collaborate with multiple clients from around the world to work on refining and improving their digital experiences
- Participate in the planning, research and design of digital experiences including websites and mobile apps for new clients
- Understand requirements using methods such as user/stakeholder research, customer experience maps, personas, user journeys and conduct user testing
- Create High and Low-Fi mock-ups and prototypes
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
- Develop expertise both in technology and in communicating complex concepts and rationale to non-techies
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI/Visual Designer in digital agencies or product companies
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro
- Strong sense of visual design and typography, with a portfolio demonstrating both creativity and attention to detail
- Solid experience working with and building Design Systems
- Deep understanding of UX best practices in complex product development environments
- Ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing
- Highly collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring less experienced designers
- Capable of influencing product strategy by balancing user needs with business goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to move seamlessly between high-level product vision and detailed UI execution
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
