UI/UX Designer - AI & Agentic Workflows (f/m/d) 100%

As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft user experiences for the Gieni AI Agent, shaping conversational interactions and dashboards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are customer-centric and technically feasible.
Responsibilities
- Shape intuitive user experiences by designing end-to-end workflows
- Turn ideas into reality through rapid wireframes, prototypes, and usability tests
- Collaborate across teams by working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Engineers
- Drive consistency and quality by owning and evolving the design system
- Create business impact by elevating agentic AI workflows into industry benchmarks
- Uncover real needs via interviews with users and contextual studies
Requirements
- 4+ years in UI/UX Design for AI, SaaS, or data-heavy applications
- Expertise in designing conversational and dashboard-based workflows
- Experience in workflow design within product discovery frameworks
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar)
- Strong communication and facilitation skills

- Experience with AI-powered or agentic applications

- Data visualization and dynamic reporting
- Conversational AI and prompt design
- Background in industrial/manufacturing and other complex B2B domains
