Product Designer – eCommerce - Remote

Remote $75,000 - $100,000 Full-time Mid-level
As a member of the CityPASS product team, you'll design intuitive user experiences across digital platforms, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Designing intuitive, user-friendly experiences across native mobile apps and web platforms
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Modifying, enhancing, and influencing design specifications and assets suitable for implementation
- Building and refining eCommerce flows to support seamless purchasing experiences
- Collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between design, product, and business goals
- Contributing to and maintaining our design system for scalability and consistency
- Presenting design concepts clearly and applying feedback with flexibility and openness
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design
- Strong portfolio spanning concept through delivery
- Hands-on experience designing native mobile applications and eCommerce buildouts
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles
- Familiarity with usability testing, research methods, and iterative design practices
- Experience using web analytics tools (GA4, Heap, Matomo, or Adobe) is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort working remotely in Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
Key Skills
