Nokia seeks a Product Design Lead to shape consumer-facing and B2B digital products, drive design quality, and lead design critiques.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex product requirements into intuitive, elegant interfaces
- Drive end-to-end design strategy, from concept framing to final visual execution
- Shape and evolve the design system to support scale and consistency
- Collaborate tightly with PM, engineering, and industrial design to deliver integrated solutions
- Lead design critiques, mentor junior designers, and model excellence across craft, communication, and process
Requirements
- 6+ years of product design experience, with multiple shipped digital products
- Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, systems thinking, and pixel-perfect execution
- Fluency in Figma, prototyping tools, and storytelling through visuals
- Experience navigating cross-functional teams and driving clarity in ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and platform patterns
