Senior UX Researcher (12 month FTC)

Hybrid Full-time Senior
Senior User Researcher to help understand users, their needs, and create delightful user experiences across Depop's product.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end research delivery
- Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers and other user researchers
- Lead the research for a product area
- Autonomously carry out research from tactical to strategic
- Evaluate and explore information architecture
- Collaborate closely with our analytics team
- Communicate research findings to inform business decisions
- Educate and advocate for UX research across the organisation
- Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the research team processes and best-practices
- Contribute to the growth and skill development of more junior research team members
Requirements
- Senior UX researcher with a strong portfolio
- Experience in delivering autonomously and to the highest quality standards
- 5 years + of experience in advocating for and delivering UX Research
- Effective in seeking out, building and maintaining strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders
- Effective and compelling communicator
