Senior Product Designer - Blocks

The Senior Product Designer will identify and iterate on ways to improve the core blocks experience and solve meaningful customer problems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling UX and UI designs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, execute, and iterate on ways to improve the core blocks experience and solve meaningful customer problems.
• Create clean, visually compelling UX and UI designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and design stakeholders.
• Plan and run user research, with or without support from the Research function.
• Facilitate design workshops and feedback sessions.
• Leverage and contribute to the Design System.
• Work across product groups to deliver cohesive and thoughtful experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital product design, ideally within SaaS.
• Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Confident working across the full design process, from discovery through execution.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing, and integrating feedback into designs.
• Proficient in creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Familiarity with Design Systems and experience contributing to them.
• Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly as needed.
• Experience designing for marketers or marketing tools is a plus.
• Solid portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work.
• Fluent in English.
