As a Senior Product Designer, you will be central to designing future solutions, both tangible and digital, while collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams. You will also define and implement design methodologies and standards for the team.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the product vision by transforming user needs and business objectives into innovative concepts for hardware and software solutions.
- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, user tests) to understand user behaviors, needs, and frustrations.
- Design intuitive user journeys and aesthetically pleasing interfaces for platforms and devices, including wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed specifications for development teams.
- Define and implement design methodologies, tools, and standards for the team.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Medical Experts, and Customer Support to ensure accurate design implementation and optimal user experience.
- Explore and propose AI integrations to enhance design processes and user experience.
- Mentor team members to enhance collective design skills and foster a design culture.
Requirements
- Significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Product Designer with expertise in UX/UI for complex products, ideally combining hardware and software.
- Experience in agile startup environments and comfort with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Ability to establish and evolve a design function in a growing company.
- Experience with AI integration in design processes or product solutions.
- Mastery of Figma and other design tools (Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Experience in creating and implementing a design system with development teams.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
- User-centric approach and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in French and English.
