Lead UX/UI design for the e-commerce site and new digital product while identifying user needs through research and usability testing. Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes, ensuring designs are consistent with brand aesthetics.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for our e-commerce site and our new digital product
- Identify user needs through research, usability testing, feedback loops, and analytics
- Produce wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes
- Ensure designs are pixel-perfect, consistent with brand aesthetics
- Develop standout visuals and concepts for major product launches and brand campaigns across web, digital, OOH, TV, and other marketing channels
- Create polished B2B decks, pitch presentations, and internal slides that align with brand and business goals
- Mentor junior designers, contribute to design processes and tools
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Brand teams
Requirements
- 5+ years in product, UX, UI design - agency e-commerce experience a strong plus
- Proven proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong UX fundamentals: information architecture, accessibility, responsive design
- Solid visual design sense: typography, grid systems, brand integration
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to advocate for design solutions
