Product Designer

Kikoff is seeking a Product Designer to drive critical design projects end-to-end, collaborating with various teams to define and bring products to life.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to define products and user journeys
• Design highly polished, visually compelling interfaces from wireframes to pixel-perfect mockups, prototypes, and final assets
• Create and refine experiences across mobile and web, ensuring consistency and aesthetics across platforms
• Push our design system forward by building scalable, cohesive UI components and patterns
• Contribute to and participate in design critiques, both giving and receiving thoughtful feedback
• Ensure the details are never lost—every interaction, layout, and visual decision contributes to a cohesive experience

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual and interaction design work
• Proven ability to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces
• Experience designing consumer-facing products for mobile and responsive web
• Highly proficient in Figma, prototyping tools
• Experience with building and maintaining design systems
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly collaborative, low-ego teammate
