As a Senior UX Designer, you will design and prototype mobile and web applications while collaborating with product managers and developers. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and ensure a user-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype cutting-edge mobile and web applications that set trends and elevate user experiences
- Create high-fidelity UX designs, prototypes, visual concepts, and demos that captivate and engage users
- Dive deep into qualitative research by interviewing users and gathering insights that drive your design decisions
- Utilize advanced AI tools to conduct quantitative research, analyze session recordings, and gather user feedback to identify pain points and design opportunities
- Co-create and maintain a cohesive Design System with your team, ensuring design consistency, optimal usability, and accessibility standards
- Work closely with development teams to foster a design-led approach to product development, ensuring your vision comes to life
- Conduct usability testing and collaborate with users to select the best design versions, ensuring a user-centered approach
- Lead brainstorming sessions, critiques, and collaborative workshops with multidisciplinary teams to spark innovation
- Articulate your design proposals to senior stakeholders, clearly explaining the rationale behind your creative decisions
Requirements
- Visual Design Expertise: A strong portfolio showcasing your exceptional UI design skills
- Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven Experience: Solid multi-year experience in designing software applications for both web and mobile platforms
- Research Savvy: Experience working with research data to inform your design process
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or other industry-standard UX design tools
- Design System Knowledge: Experience in working with design systems to create cohesive user experiences
