Design intuitive and beautiful user interfaces for an AI-powered productivity assistant. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to create effective interaction flows and component specifications.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, beautiful user interfaces with a strong focus on layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual polish
- Contribute to and evolve a unified design system that ensures consistency and scalability across the product
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to explore and validate interface concepts
- Create interaction flows and component specs that account for dynamic AI behavior and adaptive content
- Explore opportunities to use motion and microinteractions to enhance clarity and delight in the product experience
- Iterate quickly based on user feedback, usage data, and stakeholder input
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent)
- A strong portfolio that shows well-crafted UIs, attention to visual detail, and thoughtful interaction design
- Strong expertise in interaction design principles, motion, and system design
- Experience contributing to or maintaining a design system in a team setting
- Fluency in tools like Figma, and confidence creating responsive designs for web applications
- Comfortable working through ambiguity and evolving product definitions
- Collaborative and curious mindset—interested in learning from teammates across disciplines
- Skills in motion design and prototyping tools like CodePen, Rive, Principle, or Framer
- Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered tools or enterprise software
- Understanding of the needs and mental models of business users in large organizations
- Familiarity with search, intelligent assistants, or workflow automation tools
