Responsibilities
- Designing and developing interactive 3D and 2D web experiences using WebGL, Blender, and Canvas
- Implementing custom shaders, animations, textures, and rendering techniques to enhance visual appeal and user engagement
- Writing clean, efficient JavaScript code to power interactive features and user interface functionality
- Ensuring UI/UX designs are intuitive, responsive, and optimized for various screen sizes and devices
- Maintaining cross-browser compatibility and optimizing web performance, load times, and responsiveness
- Collaborating with developers, artists, and project managers to translate creative concepts into functional web applications
- Conducting testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs
- Staying current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continually improve design quality and user experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience designing and developing WebGL-based web applications
- Proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling, animation, and texturing, optimized for web use
- Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript with a focus on interactive web design
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile web development
- Familiarity with web frameworks or libraries such as Three.js or Babylon.js is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to optimize code for performance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills within remote or distributed teams
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant projects and design expertise
