As a Product Designer, you will lead the end-to-end design process and develop the design system for our casino products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centric designs and optimize user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept to execution
- Create visually appealing and user-centric interfaces
- Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design decisions
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system
- Define the information architecture of digital products
- Identify and prioritize critical user journeys
- Design and optimize core journeys
- Present and justify design decisions and strategies
- Mentor UX Design team
- Implement strategies to stay up to date with design trends and technologies
Requirements
- 2+ years of digital design experience in a corporate environment
- Relevant certification in UX Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to think strategically and make design decisions that align with business objectives and user needs
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices

- Experience with front-end development or a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in app development, mobile first approach
- Experience working with React Native and Angular
- Experience implementing design systems into existing products
- Familiarity with user research methodologies and user testing
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
- Leadership experience
