Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to provide creative solutions. Communicate user experience through various design stages and test concepts for iteration and validation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
- Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high fidelity prototypes
- Test concepts for iteration, research, and validation. Conceive and deliver innovative and engaging prototypes
- Drive explorations of experiences across a portfolio of features and products in the app
- Identify emerging needs, develop interaction design best practices, and contribute to pattern documentation
- Lead or contribute to key projects, ensuring a holistic systems-thinking approach and advocating for user needs across platforms and applications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX
- Experience designing across multiple platforms, and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and building user interface mockups and prototypes
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of Design and Prototyping experience
- Experience in UI development on Android platform and iOS
- Familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
- Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
- Ability to work with front-end engineering teams for native app user interfaces
Key Skills
