The Senior UX Designer will lead end-to-end UX design for product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into effective design solutions. They will conduct user research and usability testing, ensuring designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective design solutions
 - Lead end-to-end UX design for product features, from research and concepting to high-fidelity designs and prototypes
 - Apply Human-Centered Design and Design Thinking practices to ideation, prototyping, and validation
 - Create and maintain scalable Figma component libraries and design systems
 - Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable insights
 - Ensure all designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines, and are inclusive and accessible
 - Foster collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery of design solutions
 - Contribute to a culture of experimentation, iteration, and continuous improvement
 
Requirements
- 6–8 years of professional experience in UX Design, preferably in SaaS products
 - Strong proficiency in Figma (components, variables, prototyping, design systems)
 - Solid understanding and application of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking methodologies
 - Experience designing enterprise-level workflows, dashboards, or admin tools
 - Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful SaaS UX projects
 - Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field
 - HFI CUA / CXA certification (nice to have)
 - Google UX certification (nice to have)
 - IBM Design Thinking badges (nice to have)
 - Portfolio with SaaS-based or data visualization projects (nice to have)
 - Experience with e-learning, compliance, or cybersecurity-related tools (nice to have)
 - Familiarity with analytics and usability testing tools (e.g., Pendo, Hotjar) (nice to have)
 
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Figma
