As a UX Associate, you will provide design support for Catalyst Phishing workflows and assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma. You will collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate requirements into design deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Provide design support for Catalyst Phishing workflows.
- Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
- Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of Figma component libraries and design systems.
- Support user research and usability testing activities.
- Collaborate with senior designers and product managers to translate requirements into design deliverables.
- Ensure designs are consistent with brand and style guidelines and are inclusive and accessible.
- Help manage design documentation, developer handoff, and asset exports.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience in UX Design (internships and junior roles considered).
- Strong proficiency in Figma (wireframes, components, prototyping).
- Understanding of Human-Centered Design / Design Thinking principles.
- Portfolio demonstrating coursework, projects, or junior-level professional work.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent certification/bootcamp).
