Lead user research and design efforts to enhance the user experience of mazeed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a cohesive design system and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive design system.
- Craft intuitive and engaging interactions.
- Create detailed wireframes outlining the structure and flow of product features.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize and improve product features.
- Utilize heatmaps, clickmaps, and metrics to gain insights into user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the design team.
- Keep abreast of competitors' products and industry trends.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Design.
- Strong expertise in user research and usability testing.
- In-depth understanding of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Demonstrated experience in developing wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience with tools similar to Hotjar, Figma, XD.
