Senior Product Designer, Merchant Growth & Profitability

As a Senior Product Designer at DoorDash, you'll lead design for Merchant Growth & Profitability, developing meaningful behavior change engines and building new zero-to-one products to empower small and medium-sized restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful behavior change engines that scale across merchants big and small.
• Build new zero-to-one products and drive iterative growth experimentation through close collaboration with product managers, engineers, researchers, content design, and other product designers.
• Impact the entire Merchant journey and turn everyday moments into memorable ones.

Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience.
• User-centric mindset and passion for helping SMBs succeed.
• Experience leading both 0-1 strategic bets and rapid growth experiments.
• Skillful balance of strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegantly-crafted solutions.
