UI/UX Designer

Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use. Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop standard UI components and style guides for company-wide use
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Address product, marketing and business needs
• Conduct industry research and stay up-to-date on best practices, competitor UI designs and emerging technologies
• Develop consistent, intuitive architectures

Requirements

• 3+ years (senior) in designing web / mobile products
• Solid design philosophy, deep understanding and practical experience in user experience design and related fields
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms
• Ability to innovate and develop out-of-the-box solutions to complex user interaction problems
• Strong knowledge of user experience principles, techniques, and patterns
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• A team player but can work independently too
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Fluent in Chinese and business writing in English
