The Junior Graphic Designer will customize and adapt sales assets, decks, and presentations for B2B customers. They will create high-quality marketing materials and support the development of conference materials and creative outputs for events.
Responsibilities
- Customize and adapt sales assets, decks, and presentations for B2B customers on a daily basis.
- Create high-quality, on-brand marketing materials including one-pagers, catalogs, and email assets to support the TEAMS business.
- Support the development of conference materials and creative outputs for events and trade shows.
- Collaborate with the B2B sales and marketing teams to quickly curate and deliver pitches for prospective clients.
- Assist in refining and updating design elements across the TEAMS digital experience.
- Execute deck retouching, customization, and design adjustments with quick turnaround times.
- Participate in creative reviews and contribute to the development of polished, sales-driven creative assets.
Requirements
- 1+ years of graphic design experience with experience in sales assets, presentations and/or catalogues.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with Figma and After Effects is a plus.
- Experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously.
- Experience in deck presentation design, catalog design, and retouching with a highly polished, detail-oriented aesthetic.
- Strong typographic and layout skills with attention to detail.
- Illustration and experience design is a bonus.
