The Graphic Designer will design and prototype responsive websites and create comprehensive brand kits while collaborating with a dynamic team. They will also develop various marketing materials and produce motion graphics to enhance engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype responsive websites or landing pages in Figma
- Generate landing pages deployment in Webflow
- Create comprehensive advisor brand kits, including logos, typography, color systems, and brand guidelines
- Develop marketing materials such as one-pagers, pitch decks, social media graphics, email visuals, and event collateral
- Produce motion graphics and animated content (e.g., GIFs, interactive banners) to enhance engagement and storytelling
- Apply UX and UI best practices to all designs, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a graphic, visual, or product designer
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Demonstrated experience in Webflow or similar no-code web design tools
- Strong foundation in branding, including logo creation, visual identity development, and brand system management
- Deep understanding of UX principles, layout design, and responsive web design
- Familiarity with AI uses, or other motion design tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Experience collaborating with distributed teams
- Fluent in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Knowledge of AI-powered design and development tools (e.g., generative AI for visuals, automation, or creative enhancements)
- Experience using task management and collaboration platforms
