The Graphic Designer will design and execute engaging CRM assets while ensuring brand consistency across various channels. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative work to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design & execution: Design engaging CRM assets (email banners, in-app messages) that reflect our brand identity and maintain consistency with copy, tone, and Style Guide standards.
- Translate strategic briefs into strong creative concepts, balancing storytelling and brand consistency.
- Ensure creative work adapts across channels and formats, maintaining a cohesive brand experience.
- Work within the parameters of the design system, collaborating with design system teams where needed.
- Conduct self-QA on assets to ensure consistency in alignment, resolution, and formatting.
- Collaboration & communication: Partner closely with copywriters to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together.
- Work cross-functionally with CRM, marketing, brand, and product teams to align on campaign needs.
- Present creative work confidently to stakeholders and respond constructively to feedback.
- Share in-progress work openly and contribute to design discussions, workshops, and collaborative sessions.
- Growth & craft: Stay on top of local design trends and adapt creative execution for different audiences.
- Explore new approaches and frameworks to visualize and communicate ideas.
- Take initiative to improve skills and build deeper expertise in specific creative areas (e.g., motion, illustration).
- Strategic thinking: Understand how design supports key business goals such as customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Balance creative exploration with strategic intent, ensuring all assets drive measurable impact.
- Identify potential issues in creative execution early and proactively suggest solutions.
- Use audience insights and performance data to refine and optimize creative assets.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (ideally 3โ4 years) with a focus on digital/CRM assets.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email, app, or CRM-related design work.
- Solid understanding of design systems and ability to create within existing frameworks.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for ensuring clarity, hierarchy, and consistency across designs.
