Drivepoint is looking for a Lead Product Designer to own the end-to-end user experience for their financial modeling and forecasting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end User Experience and design roadmap for all Drivepoint products.
- Understand our users: Engage directly with CFOs, analysts, and operators to translate finance workflows into intuitive product flows.
- Design & deliver: Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma; partner with engineering to bring them to life in React/TypeScript.
- Simplify complexity: Turn intricate financial processes into flows that feel effortless.
- Establish principles & systems: Build and maintain a scalable design system with clear tokens, components, and usage guidelines.
- Measure & iterate: Use analytics, user feedback, and usability testing to define success, evaluate adoption, and refine.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, engineering, and customer success to ensure design decisions serve both business and user needs.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years of product design experience, with end-to-end ownership of B2B SaaS products.
- Previous experience designing for CPG CFOs or finance teams (FP&A context is critical).
- A portfolio that shows how you’ve simplified complex workflows into elegant, intuitive experiences.
- Strength in user research, interaction design, IA, and microcopy.
- A product ownership mindset: prioritization, roadmapping, and alignment.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (React/TypeScript) a plus.
