You will own the end-to-end design process from concept to delivery, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. This includes transforming complex problems into easy-to-understand UIs and partnering with cross-functional colleagues to define problems and explore solutions.
Responsibilities
- Understand complex problems and transform them into easy-to-understand UIs that deliver delightfully simple experiences
- Own the design process of projects end-to-end, including activities like discovery, ideation, journey mapping, prototyping, UI design, and new component creation
- Partner with cross-functional colleagues to define problems, explore solutions, and measure impact through experimentation
- Translate insights from behavioral data, user research, and product analytics into clear design direction
- Continually maintain and improve our bar for craft and quality
Requirements
- 7+ years of end-to-end product design experience, with proven focus on growth, onboarding, or activation workflows
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience with complex B2B SaaS products
- Proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and align cross-functional partners
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners including product, engineering, and data teams
- Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills to articulate design decisions and influence strategy
- Bias for action and iteration—you move quickly to learn and ship often to drive impact
- Commitment to accessibility, inclusivity, and thoughtful design for diverse user needs
- Ability to give and process constructive feedback, as well as work independently
