Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and discovery through prototyping, testing, and delivery.
- Translate insights into user-centered designs that balance business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to align teams and drive effective decision-making.
- Create polished mockups, prototypes, and design assets, iterating based on testing and feedback.
- Ensure consistency across platforms and devices by maintaining and evolving the design system.
- Build strong empathy with users, turning insights into compelling product stories and identifying gaps in workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally within B2B or SaaS environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple devices and screen sizes.
- Proficiency in design thinking methods and processes, from research to delivery.
- Expertise in Figma, including advanced functionalities such as auto layout.
- Solid skills in research, storytelling, journey mapping, and service blueprinting.
- Strong visual design and UI capabilities, with an eye for detail.
- Experience working in agile environments, handling multiple projects, and prioritizing effectively.
- Ability to build empathy with users and design solutions that improve their workflows and efficiency.
