The Senior Product Designer will shape and elevate digital experiences across multiple platforms, creating intuitive design solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and taking ownership of the entire design cycle from research to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep analysis of customer needs and business challenges
- Develop and deliver impactful, user-centered design solutions
- Think strategically about the product at both high-level and detailed levels
- Present and explain design decisions effectively to stakeholders
- Define acceptance criteria and ensure alignment throughout the design process
- Take full ownership of design work from ideation to final release
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Developers
- Work across multiple platforms
- Build, maintain, and update components within the Design System
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and mobile applications
- Strong expertise in both UX and UI design
- Proven B2B product design background
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
- Comfortable working in close collaboration with development teams
- Experience contributing across the full development lifecycle
- Based in EMEA or LATAM time zones
- Passion for design, with the ability to balance depth of focus and rapid execution
