Candidates will help define and design experiences for Microsoft Teams, focusing on communication and collaboration. They will work closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers to improve user interactions and implement design-led solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape the direction of the core communication and collaboration experiences for Microsoft Teams.
- Work directly with other designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers inside of Microsoft to drive shared experiences inside and outside of the Teams app.
- Improve the general craftsmanship of the product in a tactical way across mobile and desktop.
- Define the way that users interact with Artificial Intelligence-based experiences.
- Work closely with developers to implement user-centered, well-crafted, design-led solutions.
Requirements
- Proven record of innovative thinking.
- History of using design to drive new ideas.
- Ability to support others in making informed design choices.
- Articulate thinking using a variety of mediums from design mocks, interaction flows to detailed prototypes and specifications.
- Attention to detail and passion in the work produced.
