Responsibilities
- Lead the design of innovative, scalable experiences that help customers and teams succeed in cloud environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners—including product managers, engineers, and researchers—to define and deliver solutions that balance technical feasibility with user-centric design
- Conduct user research to uncover needs and edge cases
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for complex cloud journeys
- Establish design guidelines that ensure consistency and best practices across cloud products
- Independently solve ambiguous problems
- Bridge gaps between technical and user perspectives
- Advocate for design system adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex or enterprise-level projects
- Deep understanding of cloud-native design principles, user-centered design, and the latest trends in cloud technologies
- Proficiency in interaction and visual design, prototyping, and usability testing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially with engineering and product teams
- Ability to independently solve complex problems, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment across stakeholders
- Experience conducting and applying user research to inform design decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
